## **NodeVault Privacy Policy (AU & GDPR Compliant)**

We ensure these providers utilize **Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)** or equivalent safeguards to protect your data during cross-border transfers.

**7. Data Retention** We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal obligations.

**8. Security** As a technical operations specialist, NodeVault employs rigorous encryption and secure configurations to prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.
